This is a contract for services from Dan Becton Consulting, LLC, in writing, monitoring, and implementing new initiatives, particularly IDEA and ARRA grants, expansion and budgeting of Medicaid private contracts for services and private schools, and daily ESE activities such as special cases, program, policy reviews, due process hearing, resolution meetings, mediation meetings, on going audits, etc.

Approve ESE Consultative Contract for 2009-2010 as submitted.

Because of the change to a .5 ESE Director, this will assist in the implementation and budgeting for daily ESE management.
